Why that major? I love literature. It’s one of the purest ways to study and understand humanity.
Favorite TV Show: The Office, Favorite Movie: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Favorite Memory of College (So far): My first British literature class. I had awesome classmates and an amazing teacher who, at the end of the semester, invited us all to a house party – which sounds weird (and it definitely was) but it wasn’t.
Hobby: Writing and drawing.
Role Model: Herman Melville
Celebrity Crush: Helena Bonham-Carter
Guilty Pleasure: Cartoons
The most exciting time of year: I think Christmas is brilliant.
Inspiration: Nature, music and tons of authors
Describe yourself in three words: Creative, Apathetic, Bibliophilic
Plans for the summer? Internships and read a pile of books that weren’t assigned to me.
Advice for prospective students: When you first start college, there’s usually a daunting feeling that you should do well in every class. Never let that feeling go.
